Shipping Costs

Our shipping and delivery fee is set at Australia Post postage rates. You have the option in our checkout process to choose from Standard Post, Registered Post or Courier.

Postage Options

Standard Post - This includes the cost of Australia Post postage to your address plus our packing and handling costs. Current postage prices are based on Australia Post pricing as at April 2011. If you choose Standard Post, please understand that if the item is lost in transit, or is somehow delayed in transit, we are unable to track it down for you. We therefore, do not take any responsibility for the order once we have posted it and will not compensate for non-delivery by Australia Post.

Regsitered Post - This includes the cost of postage to your address, the cost of Registered Post tracking and the cost of our packing and handling. Choosing this option provides you with extra security of being able to track the parcel once it has been posted by The Honey Pantry. Should the item become lost in transit or simply never show up at your end, we can claim the costs from Australia Post and send you another one in it's place.

Courier - if your total order weighs over 20Kg we will organise shipping by courier.

NOTE: The cost of postage we charge by Australia Post and Couriers is subject to changes and fluctuations depending on the changes applied by the Australia Post and the Courier companies.

Cost of Small Orders

We are fully aware that for small orders the cost of shipping can sometimes outweigh the cost of the actual product. We therefore suggest that you try to order a few items at once thereby saving on multiple postage costs of smaller orders.

International Postage

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside Australia.

Shipping Time Frame

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post or Courier.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Shipping Liability

The Honey Pantry reserves the right to ship orders as it chooses by standard parcel post, registered post or courier service. All delivery dates are quoted in good faith. The Honey Pantry will not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to produce due to acts of God, acts of default of the Purchaser, or any cause beyond reasonable control.

Terms of Payment

Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is due upon ordering. Orders will not be sent until the payment has cleared.

Delivery End Points

We can deliver your order to your home, work or PO Box address as well as to rural & regional areas.

Damaged Shipments

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as your order is received. We will do our best to resolve any issue immediately. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for any returned shipment(s). Please contact us to receive the RMA.
